Was it done automatically or was it a manual correction by them?
Good question. All I know is that it was an email from Twigby that showed up about 4 days after I posted my last chat with support on nth circle. Other than confirming my original sign up , I think the only other notifications; data usage, account renewed successfully, have been text messages.
BTW I really admired your suggested work around to my problem earlier.
